Turning spheres are often encountered in the machining of metal parts. In the processing tasks we undertake, a number of spheres are designed with a sphere of φ14=_(-0.160)~(-0.060)～φ24=_(-0.117)~(0.005)mm. To this end, we have designed a relatively simple knife row that has been proven to meet the processing requirements.
