In general, the machine tool attachment of the FKP326-10 worm wheel grinding machine cannot be used to grind similar workpieces as shown in Figure 1. In the past, when it was processed, it was blocked by a blockage, and the blockaged portion was designed to be the shape and size of the machine tool attachment. Blocking fixtures are extremely inconvenient to use and difficult to meet accuracy requirements. To this end, I designed a universal fixture for the worm wheel grinding machine, which is easy to use, and the grinding accuracy can be stabilized in the JB179-83566 class.
