We set out to develop a custom UG-based KBE combination tooling design and management system with research institutions. It uses a 3D UG system as a platform and seamless integration. The combination of tooling components and components is digitized, and the database is established. The user can select the standard components and components provided by the system for virtual assembly, or use the knowledge base function provided by the system to intelligently select standard components and components for virtual assembly and data implementation.
