Double-layer tile press work process and operation procedures
The Sichuan double-layer tile press is a highly efficient and advanced machine designed for the production of color steel tiles. It consists of several key components, including the left and right body, bottom connecting rod, top chassis cover, sliding seat, hexagonal runner, pulley system, gear mechanism, sheave wheel assembly, cam mechanism, lubrication pump, oil circuit system, and an electronic control unit. These parts work in harmony to ensure smooth and precise operation during the pressing process.
During the upper die punching process, the motor drives the input shaft via the pulley, which then transfers motion through a pinion gear and a large gear to the upper shaft. This movement causes the sliding seat, equipped with the upper mold, to move vertically, enabling the pressing of tiles. On both sides of the chassis, a lubrication pump is installed to deliver lubricating oil through the oil pipes to all moving and frictional parts, ensuring continuous and automatic lubrication of bearings, guide systems, and gear mechanisms.
The two-layer color steel tile press features six working tables that rotate automatically. In addition to the primary mechanical indexing and positioning system, a secondary precise positioning mechanism is also integrated. This ensures that each stamping cycle is completed accurately, with the upper die fully pressing the blank into place before returning to its highest position. This precision not only extends the life of the die but also guarantees high-quality output with consistent dimensions and structure.
Operating procedures of the machine are designed for ease of use and efficiency. The entire unit employs a highly integrated automated control system, enhancing the performance and reliability of the automation. The color steel tile machine offers convenient operation, maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and mold replacement. It also utilizes advanced automatic control software to manage production data effectively. The machine is equipped with a Taiwan Delta DVP14ES host computer, paired with a text screen display for the electronic control system, making it user-friendly and easy to operate.
