The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue rainstorm warning at 06:00 on July 3: It is expected that from 08:00 to 4:00 on the 3rd, the southwestern Shaanxi, the majority of the Sichuan Basin, the northern part of Anhui, the north-central part of Jiangsu, and the northeastern part of Liaoning have large areas. During the heavy rain, there are heavy rains (100-180 mm) in the northern part of the Sichuan Basin and in the southwestern part of Shaanxi. The above-mentioned local areas will have strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms or hail.
