According to the person in charge of the project, this is the first company to invest 250 million yuan to build the first production capacity of 500,000 sets of aluminum vehicles, using the world's most advanced spin molding technology, the introduction of Germany, Taiwan and other fully automated forging aluminum equipment and technology The automatic production line replaces the traditional manual operation with intelligent robots and “sings the main character” on the production line to fully realize the intelligent operation of production.

This production line is the world's first fully automated aluminum alloy forged card rim production line, which is an important step for Zhengxing Group's transformation from traditional steel wheels to high-tech aluminum wheels. The production line is equipped with 11 robots, distributed in the Baihe forging, machining, polishing and other processes, as the "main force" of the production line, technical personnel can only operate the controller, you can achieve automated production.

Compared with the traditional production line operation, with smart robots, each operator station only needs one to two workers to operate, which can avoid the workers' exposure to high temperature products, at the same time ensure product consistency, improve product accuracy, and the production line has fewer workers. Many machines, less time, high efficiency. Compared with the steel wheel, the aluminum wheel has high cost, but it is lightweight, easy to dissipate, has little wear, and has a long service life.

It is understood that Zhengxing Aluminum Wheel Project mainly develops aluminum wheels and other auto parts products with a total investment of RMB 2 billion and plans to produce 4 million sets of forged aluminum wheels annually. At present, the first production line of the first phase has been completed and put into production. The products are mainly sold to Shandong Heavy Duty Truck, Xiamen Golden Dragon, and Japan, South Africa and other places; the second production line with a total investment of 300 million yuan is more efficient than the first production line. The scope of work is wider, it can produce small and large wheel rings and equipment installation is in progress.
