Abstract An effective measure to replace the diamond bite block with diamond grinding block is proposed by analyzing the structure of the grinding block on the grinder and the distribution on the grinding disc. And through the orthogonal test method, the effects of several main components such as Sn and SiC on the mechanical properties of diamond grinding blocks were discussed.
