Stone processing enterprises to rectify new standards

Recently, it was learned from the China Stone Association that there is a new standard for the rectification of stone processing enterprises.
According to reports, the new standard will be standardized from the following nine aspects.
First, a closed wall must be built around the company's factory area;
Second, the ground in the factory building and the connecting road outside the factory must be hardened;
Third, the stone products, semi-finished products and waste residue materials are not allowed to be stacked on both sides of the company's factory area and surrounding roads, and there is no road occupation, accounting for drainage ditch, and accounting for green belt operation;
Fourth, the company's grinding, engraving, special-shaped processing and other operations must be carried out in a closed workshop and installed vacuum facilities to carry out dust collection treatment to reduce dust and noise pollution;
Fifth, when the company transports stone dust and other dust-prone materials, it must implement measures such as spraying and sealing;
Sixth, the enterprise must sign a waste slag and sawing mud disposal agreement with a qualified clearing and transportation company. The waste slag is piled up at the designated place to ensure timely cleaning of the stone waste residue and sawing mud, sorting and sorting at the designated point, and prohibiting the smuggling;
Seventh, enterprises must use mud-water separation facilities. The circulation pool must be built in the enterprise plant area, can be used normally, and the production wastewater can be recycled and used.
Eighth, it must be registered according to law, and the business license and tax registration certificate held must be legal and accept annual inspection according to regulations;
Nine is that enterprises must carry out tax registration in accordance with the regulations. If the sales income is declared, the tax will be paid in full and on time according to the taxation standards stipulated by the tax law.
After the introduction of the new standard, many stone people have said that the industry should have been like this. An industry insider confessed that the development of the stone industry has not been solved in the past 30 years, which is the main reason why it is difficult to recruit talents in stone production. The new standard was introduced, and I hope it will land as soon as possible.
Deng Huiqing, deputy secretary-general of the China Stone Association, said that the stone industry is in the "new normal". When the market is not warm, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of internal skills, remove some bad habits and nausea that remain in the market. When the market picks up, do a good job.
