Originally, the party’s husband died of illness and opened a safe at the Bank of China before his death. He had property ownership certificates, gold and silver jewellery, and cash. The bank requires the parties to use a certificate of inheritance to open the safe. After the notary heard, it was considered that the notarization was more difficult because the subject of the property was not clear. According to regulations, the notarization of inheritance rights must have a clear inheritance target to handle. According to the study of the notary office, the parties must handle two notarizations. First, the property is notarized, and the inventory of the safes is checked under the supervision of the notary public to make a list of inventory of property; the second is the notarization of inheritance rights, and the foundation of property ownership is clearly defined.
