Economical Epoxy Floor – Ideal for Thin Coating Applications

Features of the Epoxy Floor: Seamless design, highly resistant to pressure and wear, anti-slip surface, chemical resistance (acid and alkali), mold-proof, easy to clean and maintain, visually appealing, available in a wide range of colors, simple installation process, and cost-effective solution.

Application Areas:
- Garment factories, printing workshops, toy manufacturing units, textile mills
- Light traffic areas such as electronics factories, screen printing facilities, and paper product plants
- Warehouses and parking lots

Construction Process:
1. Waterproofing: For ground floors on the first level, waterproof treatment is essential.
2. Surface Preparation: The floor should be sanded, repaired, and cleaned thoroughly based on its condition.
3. Epoxy Primer: A high-adhesion, permeable epoxy primer is applied to enhance bonding with the base surface.
4. Epoxy Base Coat: Depending on the project requirements, multiple layers are applied to ensure a smooth, non-porous finish. Avoid any visible tool marks or sanding lines.
5. Topcoat Application: A solvent-based epoxy topcoat or an anti-slip coating is rolled onto the surface. Once completed, the floor should look glossy, uniform in color, and free from bubbles or delamination.
6. Curing Time: The floor can be walked on after 24 hours, and heavy traffic can resume after 72 hours (at 25°C). In colder conditions, the curing time may need to be extended appropriately.
