Transformer insulation material selection and impregnation insulation paint

With the transformation and upgrading of the domestic transformer industry, a higher standard is proposed for the product performance involved. Accordingly, there are new requirements for the insulation performance of various types of transformers. Transformers choose the right insulating material for better performance The transformer can guarantee the insulation performance of the transformer from every detail. The following description is based on specific practices.

1. Selection of Transformer Insulation Materials 1. The enameled wire of enameled wire will be subjected to various mechanical stress, heat and chemical processes in the process of winding the wire set, shaping, inserting lines, and dipping, thus requiring the enameled wire to have a good coating layer. Adhesion to the film is strong, soft, flexible and resistant to bending and has a certain degree of wear resistance and elastic film must have sufficient electrical properties, heat resistance and solvent resistance, and no corrosion of the conductor. General Class B insulation requirements for dry-type transformers can use QZ paint film for polyester paint enameled wire. It has the characteristics of heat resistance, scratch resistance, voltage resistance and soft breakdown resistance of the paint film. QZ-1 enameled wire with thin paint film or thick paint film can be selected according to the specific requirements of the transformer. Its heat-resistant grade is Class B. .

2. Insulation Material Transformer interlayers and groups need to be padded with insulating materials. Insulating wire connectors and lead wires must also be insulated. Insulating materials often used are the following.
a. Yellow lacquered silk. It can be used as the insulating material between the coil layers and between the groups. The substrate is a thin silk oil-impregnated insulating paint. After curing, it has good electrical properties and softness, oil resistance, and the coil is naturally attached without tape. The baffle transformer coil is not easy to fall off but its high cost is not as good as the polyester film and other materials have been gradually replaced.
b. Polyester film. DuPont polyester films supplied by Guangzhou Baihe Electric Materials are increasingly used in transformers due to their high tensile strength, high insulation resistance, breakdown voltage, and high melting point. The thickness of the insulating material is usually 0.02-0.1 mm.
c. Polyimide film. Polyimide film provided by Guangzhou Baihe Electrical Materials, also known as gold film, is characterized by high temperature and low temperature electrical properties, low dielectric loss, high dielectric strength, outstanding mechanical, physical and chemical properties, resistance to electromagnetic radiation, weather resistance and other advantages. Class H insulation can be achieved but its cost is too low for use in ordinary transformers.

2. Insulation of Transformer Insulation Material Process In addition to choosing the right insulating material, the insulation of the transformer has an important part in the external process—immersion insulation paint. Impregnating paint is divided into normal pressure impregnated paint and vacuum impregnated impregnated impregnated paint. It is divided into two categories of solvent paint and solvent-free paint. It is divided into ABF and H class according to heat-resistant grade. A brief description of the commonly used Class B solvent paint 1032 melamine alkyd paint performance and vacuum impregnation process. 1032 impregnated varnish oil modified alkyd resin, butanol modified melamine resin composition solvent is generally toluene which is characterized by moisture resistance oil dry good paint film hardness high mechanical strength. Vacuum impregnation process is as follows.
