3, matters needing attention

3.1 YT inorganic active wall insulation material on-site construction, it is strictly prohibited to add any additional materials.

3.2 The prepared slurry should be used as needed, and it should be used up to two hours. Never use it repeatedly.

3.3 During the construction of YT inorganic active wall insulation project and within 24 hours after completion, the temperature of the base and ambient air should not be lower than 5 °C. Avoid sun exposure during the summer. Construction is not allowed in windy weather and rainy days above level 5.

3.4 Improve the finished product, avoid the rain soaking and collision on the newly constructed wall, and keep the construction site ventilated and dry. When the summer temperature exceeds 25 °C, it needs to be sprinkled for maintenance; in winter, pay attention to antifreeze and strong wind; after each construction, it is necessary to clean the construction tools and mixing equipment in time to avoid affecting the next use.

4. Construction acceptance

The construction of the wall energy-saving project shall comply with the “Code for Acceptance of Construction Energy-Saving Engineering Quality” (GB50411-2007) and “YT Inorganic Active Wall Thermal Insulation System Enterprise Standard”.

Only the control of the construction quality of the external wall insulation material can ensure the function of the entire insulation system.
