How to choose aluminum buckle board

Aluminum ceiling panels, also known as aluminum buckle plates, are widely used in modern interior design, especially in kitchens and bathrooms due to their durability, moisture resistance, and aesthetic appeal. On the market, the most commonly used size is 600mm × 600mm, with models such as F297H30 and M185H20 being popular choices. These panels come in two main types: those with surface perforations and those that are flat. Perforated panels not only allow for better air circulation but also help reduce noise, making them ideal for areas with high humidity, like kitchens. The inner layer of these panels is often coated with a thin film that absorbs moisture, further enhancing their performance in damp environments. When it comes to quality, thickness alone isn't the only factor to consider. While some salespeople may claim their panels are 0.8 mm or even 0.88 mm thick, this doesn't necessarily mean they are of higher quality. For home use, an aluminum thickness of 0.6 mm is usually sufficient. To check the quality of an aluminum gusset, you should look at the finish, check if the panel is uniform and evenly thick, and test its flexibility and elasticity by hand. A good-quality panel should feel solid and resilient. There are two common methods for installing aluminum ceiling panels: using light steel keels or wooden square keels. However, wooden keels can be affected by temperature and humidity, leading to warping over time, which may result in uneven ceilings. Light steel keels, on the other hand, are more stable and less prone to deformation, making them a better choice for long-term use. This method ensures a smoother and more durable ceiling finish. The cost of installing an aluminum ceiling typically includes three components: the cost of the aluminum panels themselves, the cost of corner pieces (which are calculated based on your room’s dimensions), and labor charges, which should include all necessary fittings and installation work. When shopping for aluminum panels, be cautious of exaggerated claims about thickness, as not all products labeled as "0.8 mm" meet industry standards. Always verify the quality and ensure the product is suitable for your specific needs.

Plunger Metering Pump

Plunger metering pump, is characterized by the plunger reciprocating motion, which means: the working chamber of the pump liquid end is caused from the plunger, the pump will reach the quantitative dosing through the plunger reciprocating motion, the accuracy of this dosing will be + 1%. The resistant piston in the heart of liquid end of a plunger pump is coated with stainless steel, the operation theory is: when the plunger is moved into the dosing head, the suction valve closes and the feed chemical flows out of the dosing head through a discharge valve. When the plunger moves in the opposite direction, the discharge valve closes due to the negative pressure in the dosing head. Fresh feed chemical flows through the suction valve into the dosing head. The plunger metering pump usually used in chemical and petrochemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food production industry. However, there are different control types which make easy process integration.
