Fault check: Remove the bottom cover of the clutch, hang the transmission into neutral, and press the clutch to the end. Then, use a screwdriver to pull the driven plate. If it is easy to turn, it means that the clutch is well separated; if it cannot be moved, the clutch is not completely separated.

Troubleshooting:

1 Check if the free travel of the clutch pedal is too large and adjust it.

2 Check whether the height of the separation lever is consistent or not too low. Under the car toggle separation fork, so that the front end of the release bearing gently lean on the end face of the separation lever, rotate the clutch one week to view, if the separation of the inner end of the lever can not contact with the separate bearing, indicating that the height of the separation lever is inconsistent , should be adjusted. If the separation lever is of the same height and the separation is still not complete, check the lever height. Distribute the levers to the same height. If they can be completely separated, the original adjustment is improper or the wear is excessive. After the release lever adjustment, the free travel of the clutch pedal must be re-adjusted.

3 If the above adjustment is normal and the separation is still incomplete, remove the clutch and check whether the driven plate is installed in reverse, axial movement is difficult, whether the main driven plate has warpage, whether the separation lever screw is loose, whether the floating pin is Fall off.

4 For the newly riveted friction plate clutch, check if the driven plate and the friction plate are too thick. If it is too thick, add a spacer between the clutch cover and the flywheel.
