It is not surprising that Akhan Semiconductor has not heard of it yet. But this startup may be famous in the future. Their products will be the core components of future smartphones, smart watches, notebooks or virtual reality glasses. Akhan's products not only improve the performance of the equipment, but also increase the life of the equipment. why? The answer is simple: diamonds.
The diamonds used by Akhan are not the rare treasures of the diamond mines in Siberia and Zimbabwe. They use the most abundant molecule in the universe, methane, to artificially synthesize diamonds. Akhan's synthetic diamonds have been specifically designed to retain not only the characteristics of natural diamonds, but also the ability to filter electrons. Most importantly, the cost of synthetic diamonds is controllable.
Diamonds are not only the hardest materials on Mohs hardness scales, but also have good thermal conductivity. Diamonds have a stronger ability to retain energy than silicon. On average, diamonds can not only withstand five times more heat than silicon, but also reduce energy losses during electron transfer by 90%.
For smartphones, diamond-made processors can reduce heat. High temperatures tend to age electronics, so diamonds can increase the life of smartphones. Since there is no need to design a cooling space, the smartphone will be thinner and the space saved may be used to improve performance. Even more incredible is that diamonds can make electronic equipment less expensive without the need to design a heat sink.
Smartphones aren't the only beneficiaries, and diamond processors can help companies that want to shrink the circuit in their devices. In addition, heavy industry and aerospace industries also require diamond processing equipment to withstand high levels of radiation and X-rays.
“We are the only company in the world that can create such a diamond processor,” said Akhan Operations Officer, Carl Shurboff. “Our unique positioning will create a new ecosystem.”
At present, Akhan's diamond chips are still in the research and development stage, but Shuboff believes that their products will be a strong opponent of silicon chips in the future.

To obtain perfect joins, inside of the solder ring copper  fitting and the outside of the copper pipe are cleaned using coarse steel wool, flux paste is applied, the pipe is then inserted into the fitting and heat applied from a portable propane torch until a ring of solder shows at the edges of the fitting. Sizes we have available are from 8mm to 54mm For EN1254-1 and 1/2" to 2" for ASME B16.22 ,Solder Ring Copper Fittings, presolder copper fittings, yorkshire copper fittings, pegler copper fittings , connex copper fittings
