Overview of the constant temperature and humidity laboratory program

A constant temperature and humidity laboratory employs specialized equipment and techniques to maintain indoor temperature and humidity at levels that align with standard atmospheric conditions for controlled environments. These labs play a critical role in quality assurance and control within production facilities and goods inspection in distribution channels. They are extensively utilized in sectors like cotton spinning, wool processing, chemical fibers, papermaking, packaging, tobacco manufacturing, and various inspection departments. Standards like ISO and GB require that the physical properties of textiles, textile raw materials, paper, paper products, and cartons be tested under standard atmospheric conditions. For textile and textile raw material inspections, the standard atmosphere follows ISO139 and GB6529 guidelines, with a temperature of 20±2°C and relative humidity of 65%±2%. Meanwhile, for paper, paper product, and carton inspections, the standard atmosphere adheres to ISO187 and GB10739 standards, maintaining a temperature of 23±1°C and relative humidity of 50%±2%. Beyond conventional temperature and humidity settings, specialized laboratories cater to extreme conditions such as low temperatures between 5-18°C, high temperatures up to 30-80°C, low humidity below 40% RH, and high humidity above 80% RH.

Precast Concrete Moulds

There are four new urethane pre-cast molds that each provide exceptionally detailed concrete bench creations. The initial four models being released cover a variety of styles and sizes to fit almost any landscape environment. The initial models replicate stacked brick, natural slate, re-purposed barn wood, and flagstone. The wood and flagstone models can even be mixed-and-matched with their tops and bases.
